Atrato Onsite Energy successfully raises £150m

Atrato Onsite Energy (ROOF) successfully raised its maximum target of £150m today following a significantly oversubscribed IPO. A maximum had been set by the Company as this is the amount that the investment adviser believes can be deployed within 12 months.

A £300m pipeline of assets with a large proportion under exclusivity had been identified by the investment adviser and they will now work to efficiently deploy the IPO proceeds into these assets.
