Our Long Income strategy originates and acquires properties on long term leases to highly credit worthy entities.
We acquire properties let to Government, quasi-Government (including Local Authorities, NHS Trusts, Universities and Housing Associations) and investment grade corporate tenants. These can be in the form of income strips, sale and leasebacks, ground leases and standing stock.
We also consider forward funding opportunities and can provide construction finance for regeneration/development projects.
